The difference between when you are aware of your feelings and when you are experiencing them is that when you are aware of your feelings, you have the ability to recognize them as emotions, which means you are able to identify them and take them in, so you can learn to trust them and not get attached to them. On the other hand, when you are experiencing your feelings, then they are just your mood of the moment. You are just feeling the way you feel.
When you are aware of your feelings, you are able to recognize them, and then, you can learn to trust them. The difference is even more obvious when it comes to emotions like sadness, anger, jealousy, etc. When you are in your own mood, you are able to recognize your mood and have an opinion of it, but when you are experiencing your emotions, you have no way of knowing if you are experiencing sadness or joy.
In the case of sadness, the reason is that sadness is not a mood, it’s a feeling like the sadness of the day is over and the day is over. In other words, it’s a feeling that you’re sad, but you’re not sad. In the case of jealousy, you are jealous of someone, but you are not jealous of that person. In the case of happiness, you are happy, but you are not happy.
The emotions that we feel are not moods. It is a sense of the present moment, and this is what we call our emotions. If you were to ask the first person to come up with the word “emotion” they would say “feeling.” A smile comes to mind. A feeling of pleasure, of happiness, of happiness.
Feelings are not moods, they are what we feel when something happens. In the case of feeling sorry for oneself, that means being sorry for something you felt sorry for before. For example, when you are sad, and you feel sorry for it you are sorry for not being able to be happy anymore. Feelings are very subjective in that they are based on our experiences. We cannot change how we feel, we can only change what we feel. Therefore, we can’t change our feelings. It’s really important to remember that.

You dont know how you feel. You could have a sad feelings, but you dont know about it. You dont know how you feel. You feel sad, or happy, or good, or bad. You dont know. You dont know.
