It was also one of the most ridiculous letters I have ever read. And in this case, it wasnt even funny. It was just so ridiculously out of place that I was a little offended.
It’s a funny letter. Like you had me in the head in case you read the other one. But I think if you are a member of the team who isnt working as hard as you need to, then you couldnt send it. It wasnt even funny.
I have no problem with a company giving out letters like this. I think that they can be funny, and maybe even a little creepy. But here’s the thing: when you are doing something that isnt working, then sending a letter to your supervisor about it, or to your boss about it, isnt going to achieve the goal.
The problem is that you are sending a letter to your supervisor or manager, not to your team, and if that letter is not read by the right person, then it wont help.
That being said, if you really want to send a letter to your supervisor, you can send it to your manager, or you can send it to your team, but not to your boss. Even if it wasnt really a letter, it would be a letter nonetheless.
