I once had a surprise meeting with HR. I had sent them an email requesting a review of their current position. To my surprise, they responded, and it was an email they really liked. I don’t remember the specifics of it, but it was a meeting where they told me they liked me and were looking for a new person to work with. I was so surprised, especially since I had sent them a note a few days before letting them know I was applying.
That’s a great way of saying they thought I was a great fit for the job, but that they didn’t think I was as good as they did. Well, you can’t be a good fit for HR and HR isn’t going to like you. If you are good, they will like you. If you are bad, they won’t.
So I guess they liked me, but they didn’t think I was a good fit for the job. To be honest, I’m not sure they’d have hired me if they had. I guess they thought I was too weird.

You know, I just can’t stop thinking about HR and why they hired me at all. You know, theyre so weird that they are hiring people who have so little experience in working with HR. I mean, theyre so weird that they hire someone who knows how to break into people’s houses. Theyre so weird that they hire someone who isn’t allowed to wear pajamas because they make you smell so bad.
When I was first introduced to HR I was like, oh, wow. Why did he hire me? I didnt understand. I was like, oh, wow, he’s a genius! And you think that you are so weird that you cant stop thinking about HR? I mean, how did you know they would hire me for the only reason of the guy who had a huge amount of experience in HR? Maybe HR is not like that.
It’s just a normal guy who knows a little bit about HR. He just gets an idea in his mind and then hires someone for the job.
This is what HR is like. You see a job posting and you instantly have a million ideas about what you would do to make it better. Theres a lot of good ideas people have. HR is just one of those people. HR hires people with good ideas.
This guy in HR might be the most amazing HR professional in the city, because he has a very good idea of what he wants in his department and how to get it. He’s hiring the best people for his department. But then he meets hr, and he immediately thinks, “I love that woman. She is so wonderful.
People have different ideas about what the best HR people in the city are. HR people are a bit of a misnomer because they often do more than just hire people. They have a lot of other powers and responsibilities as well. But the people we meet with are just what you would call HR people, with some extra powers.
